From April-September we run pretty much every day. You can see the departure times by clicking book then selecting the number of seats and selecting “continue”.

You can change or cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations can be made by logging in to mypage. Information can be found in the email you received when you bought the tickets.
Yes. There is always a guide on board who guides in both Swedish (20%) and English (80%).
Yes, but we always recommend that you buy tickets on our website. You can pay as you go by card. On the website we accept payments via card or Swish.

No, but the crew on board is very helpful and happy to assist if a passenger needs extra support.
Dogs up to 10 kg are ok, but not prams, we do however provide locks that can be used to lock prams and the like at the departure point
Unfortunately not. It’s the captain who has to clean.
Yes. All seats are equipped with seat belts and life jackets for adults/children
Yes. We drive as long as there is no ice or storm. If this is the case, we will contact everyone who booked via email/text

Not Stockholm, but Gothenburg has a Child Discount 3-12 years. Unfortunately, children under the age of 3 cannot travel with us.
